YOU MUST BE A CURRENT AND ESTABLISHED CLIENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT!
We will be traveling from farm to farm all day long on FRIDAY APRIL 17, 2020 (FARMS EAST of M24) and FRIDAY APRIL 24, 2020 (FARMS WEST of M24). We will not be able to give exact times of arrival but we will contact you prior to arrival at your farm.
ALL HORSES MUST BE CAUGHT UP AND READY when the Doctor arrives at your farm. If the horses are not caught up and ready, your farm will be skipped due to time constraints.
NO EXAMINATIONS OR ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES WILL BE PERFORMED ON THIS DAY. You must pre-register for this event. THE DEADLINE TO PRE-REGISTER IS MARCH 27, 2020.
If your horse(s) did not have an electronic coggins performed by us in the past few years, we will need to take pictures. For pictures, all blankets and leg wraps must be off when we arrive.
THIS IS A CASH ONLY EVENT. YOU MUST HAVE CASH STALL SIDE TO HELP SPEED UP THE CHECK OUT PROCESS. Additional discounts do not apply (military, senior citizen etc.)
Your coggins forms will be available approximately one week after the clinic date. You can access your forms by going to our website under the “links” tab or directly to www.myvetlink.com. We DO NOT mail out the coggins. You can access and print your forms as many times as you like.
